Junior Web Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team! In this role, you’ll help strengthen our online presence, attract leads, and communicate our brand value through creative, data-driven digital strategies.

1. Content & Social Media

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Maintain and grow social media accounts through regular, well-timed postings.
  • Create visuals, and marketing designs aligned with the brand identity.
  • Work closely with the assigned teams to ensure content is visually cohesive and professional.
  • Plan and produce short videos, infographics, and posts for campaigns, milestones, or team highlights.
  • Manage the content calendar and stay alert to emerging digital trends and opportunities for engagement.

2. Marketing Operations & Campaigns

  • Support the execution of digital advertising and promotional campaigns (social media, email, web).
  • Generate leads from social media platforms and other relevant digital channels.
  • Assist in preparing promotional presentations and marketing materials.
  • Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data from marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on planning, partnerships, and creative campaigns.
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.

3. Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyse content engagement to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Adopt a “test and learn”mindset—experiment with new ideas, measure outcomes, and optimise based on results.
  • Be proactive in identifying gaps or new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Comply with the assigned ad-hoc tasks.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing within the technology or software industry.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Malay.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good communication, creativity, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced IT environment.
